Everything was good, however a few employees were quite rude. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the staff was amazingly nice and very pleasant.

The location was good, for example, Luis Puig Palace was not too far from the hotel. Very close to an underground station, it was a real bonus. I've booked guest room with 4 beds and everything was good.
