We had a really really nice time in this trendy boutique hotel in Valencia. The room was cheap and included a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and satellite TV. The location of the property was efficient, in staying 1 minute from the Sant Angelo beaches. Moreover, it's just next door to Valencia as well as near the bus hub at Porta de la Mar👍
