The location is great, a 10-15 minute walk from a Roman Catholic parish church. And it's nestled in a very lovely building so close to Xativa as well as supermarkets, metro station, shopping mall, rent bike store.

we enjoyed this place, as it was the best hotel. the location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from botanical garden of valencia.

Everything was great, the parking was nearby, the room was neat. All the facilities where clean. The location was handy, at a walking distance from Simple Gift Shop. Restaurants and bars were also a short walk to the hotel.

The place was reasonably clean and we loved standard queen room. The staff was accommodating and knowledgeable. We had a comfortable stay at this small hotel.
